Adult Faith Formation Resources

This section of our Parish website seeks to offer online resources to assist us in growing in our faith and our relationships with God, with others, with ourselves, and with the world around us; learning and understanding more about the Catholic Christian Tradition, its Holy Scriptures, its beliefs and practices, its Sacraments and liturgical rites of worship; communicating with God through prayer; allowing the love of God to transform us to become conformed to the image of Jesus Christ to live in loving service to others.

You may access this website at your convenience at any time during the day.The tabs on the left-side of this section will lead you to the referenced areas where you will find links to a variety of resources. As with life, this is a work in progress. Please let us know if any of the links are not working, if you would like to see any additional or other resources provided, or if you have any other suggestions or comments.

To begin our journey, we offer the following prayer by Thomas Merton from his book Thoughts in Solitude
My Lord God, I have no idea where I am going.
I do not see the road ahead of me. I cannot know for certain where it will end.
Nor do I really know myself, and the fact that I think that I am following your will
does not mean that I am actually doing so.
But I believe that the desire to please you does in fact please you.
And I hope I have that desire in all that I am doing.
I hope that I will never do anything apart from that desire.
And I know that if I do this you will lead me by the right road,
though I may know nothing about it.
Therefore will I trust you always, though I may seem to be lost and
in the shadow of death. I will not fear, for you are ever with me,
and you will never leave me to face my perils alone.
